Hello, I was wondering if we can add a different category to Feedback Reports.
For example, other than Client Complaint, Client Approval and Internal Nonconformity, can we add Project Manager Approval because we would like to keep record of PM feedbacks as well.
I saw that there are a few topics about customising it and nearly all of them have a comment saying `there is a thread on our other forum about customization of the feedback report` but it's like a loop and I didn't find an answer when I checked those topics.

Currently, there is no option to add a new category to the Feedback Report. In that case, I would suggest to upvote this topic https://xtrf.userecho.com/communities/1/topics/111-add-custom-field-option-for-feedback-records-both-client-and-vendor and if it gathers enough upvotes we will consider adding it to the system.
If this is really important for you, please contact your account manager directly to investigate all the possibilities.
