Saving mobile number in vendor info-bug

Everytime when I enter a mobile phone number in a vendor profile, and click save it doesnt save the number and I have to do it again. It looks like a  bug.

Could not reproduce it. Can you please provide a screen shot next time it happens?

Also, service desk would be able to investigate further the issue if it is persistent.

Has there been any solution found? We are experiencing the same thing with Client/Vendor phone numbers and addresses. 80% of the time they disappear.

This issue as already reported and will be solved soon. In the meantime, we've noticed that this issue occurs when you change the country in the Vendor address and the phone number and then save the changes on the profile. Currently, system changes only the address of the Vendor.

When you only change the mobile number and save, the changes on the profile are saved.
