What should a vendor do if they cannot remember their username?

I have a vendor who is set up in XTRF but they cannot remember their username. Could you please advise on steps they should take to recover it? They have tried their "first name.last name" and email address as their usernames, but neither one worked.

Vendors log in to the Vendor Portal by their email address. There is no alternative username.

Did this vendor try to recover his or her password?
There is a button when trying to log in to vendor portal.
Another idea, we a had few cases like this in the past.
There is a chance that this vendor is trying to log in to Home Portal instead of Vendor Portal.
Please make sure that vendor uses link https://yourURL.s.xtrf.eu/vendors
If such vendor will still unable to log in, try to get a screenshot of whole browser so we can continue the investigation
