We have quite a lot of information containing some "soft" personal data stored on CRM. We would like to ensure that the information about the clients is accessible to some specific users' group but not to everybody. For example our vendor manager uses CRM to send the emails to our vendors thus she needs to have access to CRM in general but she can access also the data enetered by the sales team or by the management what is not acceptible. Is it possible to manage the access to different kind of data on CRM for different user groups?
