How can multiple users be given access to one Client Portal account?

What if the Client has several users who each need to send requests, and they also need users to be able to see/process each other's requests?

First of all, every Contact Person affiliated with a Client may be given access credentials to the Client Portal. The access needs to be enabled in the Account Data tab in the Contact's profile by checking the Client Portal Access Allowed box.

Then, in the Manage section, there are 4 options when it comes to the scope of offices (from just the Quotes / Projects they were assigned to to all the quotes/projects in the whole organization). Plus, they may be given/taken rights to accept/reject quotes from CP.
