Emails rejected
A couple of our clients' mail servers are rejecting messages we send through XTRF. Do we need to set up SPF and DKIM with XTRF to help with this? If so, how? And if not, what should we do?
Answer
Hi Ted, can you please contact with our Service Desk? Please attach also logs with erorrs occurred.
Settings -> System Information -> Browse Logs -> private -> emails -> emails.log
If System Information isn't available, then XTRF hasn't given you the right to access.
We are having the same problem sometimes with e-mails to the vendors from XTRF. We sent the request to the Service Desk but they said it was not a problem within XTRF. However, it is very strange that it only happens with e-mails from the portal.
The DKIM and SPF has nothing to do with XTRF itself, these are terms related to the email service provider, and in general, you should have them enabled there. When there is a specific error message our Service Desk will analyze it and suggest a solution, there is no general one.
