How to change 24-hour clock to 12-hour clock

Hi, I would like to know how to change the time format in the project portal. Please see attached image. I would like it to say 7:00 PM instead of 19:00.

Hi,

You can try changing the date and time format under General Configuration > Number and Date Formatting > Date and Time Format to: 

yyyy-MM-dd h:mm aa zz
