What does this part mean of the Release notes?

Enjoy better API performance due to the changes we've made to the subscription management.

XTRF will not cancel the subscription after each error but only after the consecutive number of errors exceeds a threshold.

This will increase the subscription resilience for intermittent failures. You do not need to check and renew the subscriptions so often now.
