Placeholders for notification templates

Hi! We would like our vendors to read the "Instructions from PM"> "Instructions for all jobs" directly in the job email notification. Is there a variable already for that field? Is there a full list of variables available somewhere so that we can check?

Hi Lucia,

You can edit the notification template for the job offers by adding tags available under this sign:

In your case, the template is called "When Job Offer is sent in Smart Project", and the tag would be: ${job.instructionsFromPm}
