Hi Chris, XTRF doesn't have credit notes as such. It's hard for me to say exactly how much modification of the invoice template would cost. Please contact with help desk or customer success department for details.
The best way to create a credit note for an already issued invoice would be to add new, empty tasks to the original projects, add receivables with negative rates to them and then invoice them with a description stating that it is a credit note.
