disable chat

Hello! Is there any way to have the chat disabled without having to click on the box each time for every project? Thanks!

Hi, we can disable chat for the whole XTRF instance if you don't ever want to use it. If so, please contact your account manager or help desk.

Could you share what you didn't like about it? I'm curious. I haven't tried it out yet.

I just don't need it. We have other ways to communicate that we have been using for years and we don't feel it's necessary
