Permissions by client

We do use the User Groups to manage access permissions... but we'd love to be able to limit access to specific clients. 

Example... we have 10 PMs but only three of them work on client X. Client X has specific privacy requirements. Can we set user rights so only the three PMs have access to Client X's projects/files?

I don't think this is possible, so maybe it should be in the 'suggestions' area.

Hi Mark, I think you can do it in the Settings -> User Management -> Access to Client Data.

You can define the list of clients that will not be visible to everyone, only Sales Person, Account Manager and Project Manager will see this client's profile and projects, quotes, invoices, etc.

If you have more than 1 PM dedicated to this restricted account, you need to add "Additional Person Responsible" in the Client's profile -> Sales Data.
