How to modify the digit number kept after the decimal point?

For some of our clients, the unit rates sometimes keep 3 digits after the decimal point, however, we found that XTRF keeps 2 digits after the decimal point by default. We wonder how to update this to make the quotes more accurate to our client. Thanks!
