XTRF Suddenly Not Sending Email Notifications

XTRF has suddenly stopped sending email notifications to our team when a linguist completes a task, uploads a file or accepts a task, etc. Could you please advise asap?

Please check the email queue for error messages. From our experience this sort of issues is caused by authentication error, i.e. someone changed the password for email account and forgot to update the XTRF configuration.

Also, have you reported it to our Service Desk?

Thank you for your response. Our email address password has not been changed. How do I report it to the service desk?
