XTRF 9
XTRF 9 will revolve around improvements to the usability of Smart Projects as requested in the Ideas forum. It will be preceded by minor updates to XTRF 8 with features such as consent management functionality.
More news to follow soon.
Feb. 17th, 2021 update:
We’re pleased to announce that XTRF 9 feature list is close to taking its final shape. The dynamic growth of the translation management market has encouraged us to explore a lot of new and promising opportunities, and to shift our business priorities.
With that in mind, we have decided to abandon the development of the consent management feature. Existing solutions within XTRF sufficiently exercise legal requirements. Please refer to the following documentation topics to see how XTRF can help you abide by GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
Meanwhile, we can officially confirm that the long-awaited single sign-on functionality (based on OpenID Connect protocol) will be delivered as part of XTRF 9, further contributing to the safety of personal data in the context of GDPR. Also the support for the latest version of Trados, new functionalities in XTRF Chat, and many other features will follow.
We’re expecting to release XTRF 9 in Q2 2021. Stay tuned!

Great news.
QQ... regarding SSO, is it going to only be implemented on the home portal, or will it be implemented on the vendor portal (and/or the client portal) as well?
For all three portals.
Great. Thanks.
