Copying Smart Projects and Quotes

Smart Projects can be easily duplicated. The option appears when one (but no more) project is selected. 

The duplicated files are not exact copies. They contain the current Client (which cannot be changed), Process, Language Pair, and Dates, however the Files and Finances are not being copied.

This feature replaces two Classic Projects functionalities - copying Projects and setting up Project Templates, and as long as the Projects are for the same Client it saves the time for creating the Project.
