Issue in exporting client contact person

hi all
im trying to export all my clients contact persons from XTRF. I can easily view this on XTRF and i have included a filter with the last project date and status. When i export this information from XTRF, some information doesnt make it to the excel sheet, with some statuses & project date missing (for clients we worked with). I cant seem to get the accurate information when i export this, is there a way to fix this?

Hi Alia, are you using to export CSV with comma? That option should give you the best result. While exporting every column you see should be visible in the xslx file but without any examples, with details, it's hard for me to say exactly what's wrong and how to prevent it. Can you please raise a ticket to our help desk with this issue?
