Message in client portal for specific project

My client would like to send messages in a specific project in the client portal rather than using the standard contact form in the portal. Is there any way to do it?

While launching a project as client in client portal in pop-up window where client provides all the data about project and source files, in step four "summary" there is place for notes. Everything client will type there will be visible directly in project as instruction from client. I works similar with quotes.
