Placeholders for email templates

Katie Black 6 years ago in Home Portal / Smart Projects updated by Marek Joniec (XTRF Product Manager) 6 years ago 3

Good morning,

We would like to add the amount of total words and the client name in the email templates that we send to our linguists when sending a job offer. Could you please let me know how this could be done?

Thanks!

Hello Katie

The following expression in the content of the notification template will give you the client name:
${project.customer.fullname}

Now when it comes to the number of words, the number of words form the payable is not available as Variable in the Job offer notification template. This value is presented to the Vendor in the Vendor Portal, all they need to do is click the link.

In the job offer notification, you can use the project Volume. I know it's not the same thing, but it is closest you can get in the template.

Best regards,

Marek

Hi Marek,

Thanks for letting me know the placeholder for the client name. Isn't there a way to present the total number of jobs in the template based on the CAT analysis?

Thanks!

Hi Katie

There is no placeholder/expression in the in the e-mail template that you could use directly. But there are more complex ways of pulling data from the system into the notification. If you could contact our Service Desk in that subject, they will be able to help you with that.

Best regards,

Marek
