Improved the system stability when processing Smart Projects with dozens of Jobs within one step that are simultaneously integrated with memoQ, and with an API subscription for a Job Status change.

Fixed an integration error when creating Projects and adding MT credentials in Trados Agent. New Trados Agent is required.
